“My recent exploration of Oyo The Esplanade Hotel in Dunoon revealed a place with genuine charm, particularly its stunning location and well-maintained gardens offering great views. The staff consistently made a strong impression with their friendliness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that seemed to extend to all guests, including those arriving with coach tours. While the rooms might be showing a bit of age, they are kept clean, and the overall value, considering the substantial meal portions and reasonable bar prices (though soft drinks were a touch high for my liking), makes it a compelling choice for a return visit.”
